The Green Conference
Project ID: IYC/SL/2013/11

Project Description
The IYC Green Conference, spanning two days from August 23rd to 25th, 2013, offered a range of engaging sessions and one particularly exciting session named "The Hive Innovations Think Tank". This session brought together participants, professionals, government officials, and entrepreneurs to foster collaboration and idea-sharing. The primary focus of "The Hive Innovations Think Tank" was to establish a new benchmark for the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) concept, which considered economic, social, and environmental aspects as equally important in making business decisions. The discussions revolved around the potential of TBL to drive innovation and create positive change. One of the highlights of this session was providing participants with an opportunity to showcase their knowledge acquired from other conference sessions. They were able to collaborate with all participants to develop a proposal for a practical action project. The aim was to ensure tangible results from these sessions, all while operating within a sustainable framework. Overall, this conference exemplified an amazing collective effort directed towards creating a better future.
