Recognizing the educational challenges faced by children in orphanages, this initiative created an inclusive platform that brought together young, qualified teachers and volunteers. Through English language skills training, engagement with the children, and guidance on interpersonal management, the program aimed to bridge the educational divide. The training session featured a team of highly qualified trainers from JusTeach Foundation, India. To provide a well-rounded learning experience, the International Youth Council organized additional workshops on life management, positive thinking, leadership skill development, and relationship balancing for both students and teachers. The commendable efforts of this program received widespread recognition, with the renowned Daily Mirror Newspaper in Sri Lanka covering it, helping to amplify its reach and impact.
