To encourage young people to share their experiences and ideas about successful approaches to combating the roots of violent extremism.

To identify the "push and pull variables" that affect violent extremism.

To explore and discuss the role of youth in preventing the conditions that contribute to violent extremism and promoting the long-term viability of peaceful nations.
